We offer support and treatment if you’re experiencing problems such as low mood, stress, anxiety, panic attacks or difficulty sleeping. We can work with you if you have post-natal depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, or eating difficulties. We can also help you to manage the emotional impact of a long-term physical health problem, or chronic pain.

Stockport Self Help Services – Improving Mental Health

Our Talking Therapies services offer one-to-one support and structured courses for anyone experiencing common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. They are available to anyone who is registered with a GP in Manchester or Stockport, and is aged 18 years and above.
